WHIRL is Tom Dixon’s latest experiment in mirrored reflections, inspired by the op-art movement. The surface light’s spiral form creates a hypnotic play of light and shadow, producing layers of abstract patterns through internal reflections. Lightweight yet durable, each polycarbonate shade is crafted in Germany using advanced injection blow moulding and vacuum metallisation for a semi-metallised finish. Available in Silver or Gold finishes, Whirl makes a bold statement.
Produced in a state-of-the-art factory in Germany.
The design of the shade creates layers of abstract patterns inspired by works of the op-art movement.
A vacuum metallisation process deposits a thin layer of metal on the interior of the shade, offering a semi-metallised finish.

What happens when I order?
If your items are in stock we'll contact you within a couple of days to offer a suitable date.
If they're made to order, we'll contact you as soon as our suppliers have delivered into us.
Deliveries are Mon-Fri but Saturday slots can often be arranged for most of the country.
Hassle-free returns
All online specialist orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, regardless of reason.
Contact us and we will arrange for a crew to come out and collect the furniture.
There's no charge if it's faulty, but we do charge for change-of-mind returns.
