UK Deliveries & Returns
At The Crafted Home, we take pride in ensuring your items arrive safely and efficiently, no matter where you are in the UK.
1. UK Delivery Coverage
We provide comprehensive delivery services across the entire United Kingdom. Our logistics network is designed to reach even the most remote locations, including:
- Mainland England, Scotland, and Wales
- Northern Ireland
- The Isle of Man
- The Scottish Highlands and Islands
For orders under £150, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your items.
2. Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order is placed, our team prepares your items for transit. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility. Many of our crafted pieces require a signature upon arrival to ensure they have been delivered safely.
3. Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return the item.

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will arrange a convenient time for our specialist courier to collect the items. Please do not use your own courier, as we must manage the insurance and handling.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact shipping@dev.thecraftedhome.co.uk within 48 hours. Please include photographs of the damage and the packaging so we can expedite a replacement or refund.
5. Refunds
Once the item has been collected and inspected, we will process your refund. All refunds are issued via PayPal to the original payment account. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear.
