Trade Terms & Conditions

1. Account & Verification

Trade benefits are only accessible to verified professionals. The Crafted Home reserves the right to decline applications or revoke trade status if business credentials cannot be verified by our compliance@dev.thecraftedhome.co.uk team.

2. Pricing & Pro-Forma Payments

• Quotes: Trade pricing is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties or end-clients.
• Payment: All trade orders are processed on a Pro-Forma basis. Production or dispatch will not commence until full payment has been received and cleared via PayPal.
• VAT: Prices are displayed in GBP. UK VAT will be applied at the prevailing rate where applicable.

3. Global Logistics & UK Delivery

For UK orders over £150, standard delivery is complimentary. For all international trade orders:

• Shipping charges are calculated bespoke per order based on volume and destination.
• The Trade Member is responsible for all import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the Trade Member upon delivery to the specified project site or agent.

4. B2B Returns & Cancellations

Unlike consumer sales, B2B transactions are not subject to the 14-day "cooling off" period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

• Cancellations: Orders for bespoke or "made-to-order" items cannot be cancelled once payment is processed.
• Returns: Returns are only accepted for items verified as defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Claims: Any discrepancies or transit damage must be reported to shipping@dev.thecraftedhome.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Warranty & Liability

The Company warrants that goods will be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. However, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, or depletion of goodwill.
